THE BUFFA // by Alasdair Linn // 8th Week HT20
Two waiters are watching the world go by. One wants to live in it. One wants to destroy it. In two hours* at the Pilch, come see which one wins.
[*including interval]
The buffa sees the life of two waiters working in an all-you-can-eat buffet. They observe the bad breath of their boss, the state of the customers' shoes, and the various dangers of beige food. It is an endless, bottomless existence. As the customers idle their way around the buffet, our two waiters begin to ask ~ is this all that there is? An absurd comedy about milk, Desire, and eating as much as you want. Tuck in!
**CW: One moment of extreme violence, strobe lighting, frequent mention of murder.**
